through employee retain age and training. Many of our key
personnel have been with our company for 10, 15 or even 20
years. Our emphasis on valuing and retaining quality people
that buy in to the Champion values has paid great dividends for
our company.
PROFESSIONALISM
Professionalism is training. We hold certifications and
licenses as a licensed landscape Contractor, licensed Irrigation
contractor, licensed pesticide applicator as well as a certified
erosion control contractor. The owner has degrees in landscape
technology and turf grass management as well as a degree in
agricultural education. Although our owner has 36 years of
experience in the green industry, the learning never stops for our
owner and team leaders.
QUALITY
Quality is a consistent pursuit and a passion that can never
rest. Bryan is not a absent owner, he is there everyday, being
hands on to insure consistency and leadership for his teams. He
is a owner/operator and cares deeply about the final result of
every project, no matter how big or small it may be.
